Exciting things are happening here at CountdownX and as part of Countdown’s transformation to the Woolworths Group brand, this program will also deliver our refreshed loyalty programme, Everyday Rewards. To support this transformation journey we’re looking for a **Senior Commercial Manager, Loyalty Partnerships **who will support the achievement of our strategic partnership roadmap which will ultimately deliver more value to both our customers and partners.
**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga**
In this partner-facing role you’ll work across multiple industry verticals to deliver both strategic and commercial outcomes of our loyalty initiatives. You’ll scope programs of work, lead all forecasting and commercial modelling activities (including points issuance) and be at the forefront of all contract negotiation. You’ll also support new partners as they transition to the onboarding phase onto Everyday Rewards system and platform. Additional key responsibilities include:
- Unlock the maximum value to our customers and drive the future vision of the Everyday Rewards programme with the development of our strategic partnership roadmap
- Drawing upon your love of data, understand data levers in loyalty programs and have the ability to effectively articulate the concepts and benefits
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders in our business and ensure alignment of objectives, transparency of product direction, performance and key decisions As our Loyalty SME; act as a coach and mentor to our broader team on partnership strategies, commercial modelling, negotiation whilst embedding best practice across our Team and function.
**About You | Mōu**
In this senior level appointment we’re looking for a data driven, customer obsessed individual who has a strong commercial acumen to deliver strategic outcomes. You’ll be able to demonstrate your previous experience in both loyalty programs and sales within a retail environment. Ideally you will also have developed project management skills and be able to work within a complex and matrixed environment. If you’re the sort of individual who strives to always do the right thing for customers, team, our communities, and our business then we ought to connect.
