At Gilmour's Hamilton, we are out here to prove we are the foodservice provider you can trust. And now, we are looking for a **Customer Service Assistant **to help us deliver excellent service and demonstrate to our clients - that we have what they need
**Key accountabilities of the role include**:
Working closely with our Customers, sales team, service & transport teams
- Working with our centralised customer services team
- Answering in-bound calls from our amazing customers
- Handling of customer queries
- Problem solve customer service-related tasks in addition from a skills and experience perspective
- Excellent customer service
- Problem solving and analytical ability
- Effective communication skills both oral and written
- Must be fluent in written and verbal English.
- Using **Salesforce** to log customer related information
- SAP experience would be an advantage
- Outbound sales calling as required

**What are we looking for;**
- Previous customer service and/or sales and FMCG experience
- SAP and Salesforce knowledge would be advantage.
- A team player who can work autonomously
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to help others and think customer in everything they do.
- Have excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- A work ethic which is second to none.
- You will also have the ability to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks and easily pick up or learn new systems or processes
- Be flexible to work extra/ shift roster days when required.
