**We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our newly set up Produce operations in Hamilton.**
- Immediate start
- Part-time permanent role
- ** Sunday to Friday (Days can be a bit flexible), 6:00 pm to 11.00 pm**:
- Location: Te Rapa, Hamilton
**The job**:
- Discussing product options with customers
- Up-selling product lines
- Key customer support services
- Preparing quotations
- Running end-of-evening reports
- Placing backorders for the correct delivery
- Assisting with administrative duties
- Invoicing
**The person**:
The successful applicant will possess the following skills, qualities, and attributes:
- A great communicator with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Excellent English speaking, reading & writing skills, and reasonably good arithmetic skills
- Reliable transport
- Time management skills are necessary
- Attention to detail
- Prior NZ experience within this field will be an advantage but not essential.
- Knowledge of basic food ingredients is essential.
