Your job as Warehouse and Operations Coordinator is to act as support to the team through management of our in-store warehouse, and spearheading all areas of Operations. Taking responsibility for the warehouse daily activities and working as an operations guru, you'll pride yourself on your work ethic and will thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

We need a driven and well organised individual to provide Operations Support to our focused and supportive Mt. Wellington team. You will have strong customer service skills and preferably a background in logistics, from planning to delivery. This position is Monday to Friday, 7.30am - 4.00pm with occasional Saturdays, and perfect for someone who is detail oriented and results driven. Liaising with internal team members, installers and suppliers, no two days are the same in this fast-paced role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow up all customer orders
- Maintain customer support, incoming and outgoing calls
- Track product with our Inventory Management System
- Field customer feedback and resolve or escalate customer complaints
- Ensure Health & Safety is complied with at all times
- Work to installation deadlines
- Mange scheduling set up for installations
- Work within our internal database (previous CRM experience desired)
- Showroom support on occasion as required

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent time management and organisation abilities
- Forklift License is highly beneficial. Although if you don't have one we will support you to get your license.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Previous industry or scheduling experience is a bonus
- Conflict resolution and problem solving ability
- Resilience and a positive attitude
- Strong administrative skills
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
