Jump start your HR career in this key people engagement, administrative, and systems management role. As an integral member of our collaborative and supportive HR team, you will be tasked with liaising, coordinating, and executing HR/Talent administrative activities across a key portfolio.

This is a great role for someone who has studied Business/HR to be able to use their theory in a fast paced organisation. Some key responsibilities of the role include:

- Support in the recruitment of team members in both support and operational functions
- Efficient and timely execution of activities related to recruitment, starters and leavers and variations to individual employment agreements
- Ownership for the various activities pertaining to the new employee induction including coordination of contract documentation, system set ups, liaising with Payroll and IT, and the creation of a relevant induction plan
- Ensure the integrity and security of employee data held in the HR databases, to provide accurate information and effectively manage risks
- Maintenance of all staff records, meeting statutory requirements and fulfilling APHG’s reporting requirements
- Contribution to relevant HR initiatives or project teams focused on increasing organisational effectiveness, efficiencies, and increasing the contribution of the HR team to the business

To be successful you will need an energetic, have a dedicated mind-set and a natural ability to connect with people You’ll need to be discreet, have a keen eye for detail, and be able to react quickly and confidently to the many challenges of the health industry.

Most of all, you will need to be resilient, as this is a busy and varied role where no two days are ever the same
