**About this role**

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this new role will be responsible for leading our in-store stock and despatch teams and have responsibility for the inwards and outwards flow of our goods and materials. In supervising the stock and despatch team, you will ensure all stages of the workflow operate seamlessly together.

This is a varied role which will see you assisting the team with the processing of stock, receipting, pricing and repacking as well as working closely with our vendors and improving processes. This is a ‘doing’ role but does also involve staff management, so prior experience in a management or a team leader position is essential.
- Leadership and staff management skills.
- Experience in a warehousing or inwards/outward goods environment.
- An interest in the retail sector.
- Ability to learn the role and take ownership of it.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Class 2 licence (and Goods Services licence would be a bonus).

This is a full time role, 40 hours per week.
