This is a key frontline sales role in the business and the first point of contact for customers. You will ensure customers’ needs are met to the highest level, while supporting the external sales team and wider business with all customer service requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- You will provide customers with excellent sales service and ensure the customer needs are met and that all interactions with customers meet the Hynds service standards.
- Sales Support; Provide internal sales support for the Account Managers and Product Managers.
- Liaising on other sales activities and quote follow-up and amending as required and preparing for contract fulfilment activities as appropriate.
- Administration Support: Complete administration tasks required to ensure compliance with Branch Performance standards.
- Quoting: Work with the sales team to establish the product solutions required and assemble a commercial and accurate quote to a high standard.

- Excellent customer service skills are paramount to ensure a strong customer relationship and that all customers’ needs are met.
- Flexible, reliable and customer focused. Communicates effectively with the wider team and operates in a respectful and supportive manner. Shares openly and willingly and is an active participant.
- Ability to handle weights up to 20 kg, and work in uncomfortable physical positions, and on hard surfaces.
- Accurate With Detail: To ensure quotes are correct as they form the basis of a commercial contract.
