About the role

The purpose of the role is to develop and improve the service catalogue within the Tech Assist portal by responding to Business requests assigned to the ServiceNow Development team.

Ensure the catalogue give the best customer experience possible.

What will your day look like

**In a typical day or week your work will involve the following**:
Analysis and translation of business requirements into functional/non-functional system specifications for the Catalogue within the Tech Assist portal
Development of new Catalogue items, updates to current items and the removal of existing items form the main function of the role. All of which need to be completed with the best customer experience in mind
Drive exceptional customer experience of the Tech Assist portal through development of catalogue items, new, updates and changes and removal

Great interpersonal skills
Understand customer needs to make sound judgements, with exceptional customer experience top of mind
Ability to quickly grasp new content and be able to translate this to your Chapter
Ability to ask for and give feedback

ServiceNow Certification - Fundamentals
ServiceNow Catalogue Creation
