Brandt is seeking a Rental Manager to join the Corporate Sales ANZ team. This position can be based out of any of our New Zealand Locations.

The rental manager is responsible for the overall operation of the rental department, including but not limited to: Assuring a smooth-running rental process that results in customer loyalty and good financial return. Good management of company assets including tracking, repair, and maintenance decisions, as well as fleet additions and sales decisions. Administering rental pricing and terms in the best interest of the company. Partnering with sales to provide innovative solutions that grow customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee rental operations ensuring correct and accurate billing, and correct product availability and delivery to customer.
- Ensure neat, clean, and safe areas, equipment, and yard are maintained.
- Use levers at your disposal to increase rental revenue, equipment sale GP, and rental asset utilization.
- Work with both sales reps and directly with customers to provide rate quotes and equipment availability.
- Maintain systems and direct paper flow for quotation, insurance requests, rental agreements, customer invoicing, payment set up etc., necessary for smooth operation of Rental Department
- Effectively and fairly resolve customer disputes, seeking input where required.
- Display good management of rental fleet assets including tracking, repair, and maintenance decisions as well as fleet additions and sales.
- Maintain rental rates, terms, and pricing in-line with company guidelines.
- Maintain inventory availability and rental readiness, updating data base as needed.
- Support sales team and use rental to provide innovative solutions to our customers' needs, including rental purchase.
- Maintain accurate customer files with applicable correspondence.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in Agriculture Sector or related field
- Requires Full Driver's License
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel)
