**Job Description**:
AECOM’s Cost Management practice has a rare opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join our highly successful team and support our Practice Leader with the technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects throughout NZ.

As a senior member of our award-winning Cost Management business, you will be responsible for leading and delivering quantity surveying and cost management services on some of New Zealand’s largest and most iconic civil infrastructure projects. This director level role will undertake the management of resources, budgets and timelines and enhancing client and working relationships. This role will also assist with business development, leading and preparing proposals and include presentations to clients to win work.

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in consulting who shares our passion for delivering high quality consulting services to our clients.
- Bachelor of Quantity Surveying or similar
- Solid experience working within a consulting environment
- Demonstrated skills in leading and managing civil infrastructure project costs and budgets
- Experience leading a team of professionals and/or project teams
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Cost X
