High potential Associate Director role within a Specialised Finance Team for a significant international bank
**Your new company**
Your new company is a significant international bank with deep connections with the New Zealand Corporate and Institutional banking market. The specialised finance team handles bespoke client financing solutions ranging from $10M-$300M which could include Mergers and Acquisition financing, project financing or financial restructuring projects.
**Your new role**
As an Associate Director your role will be to:
- Originate a pipeline of significant specialised finance opportunities through proactive relationship management
- Gather verified financial projections, evidence of security and other pertinent loan source material as required
- Build financial models with recommendations for pricing based on evident risks
- Liaise with CFOs, client board members, internal credit teams and external lawyers as required to finalise transaction documentation
- Onboard clients and oversee the draw-down process
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a proven track record of success in a corporate and institutional or commercial and agricultural banking team.
Ideally you'd be confident working in a bilingual English/Mandarin environment.
**What you'll get in return**
You will be paid a competitive market salary in the vicinity of $130,000 with the possibility of ongoing salary increases.
