As Associate Director – Corporate, you will work closely with the Client Director to support our corporate clients and help drive business growth. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, managing relationships, providing expert advice, and helping deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference.

You'll be involved in:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate clients and building strong, trusted relationships
  • Supporting new lending transactions, including financial analysis, credit paper preparation and co-presenting submissions
  • Advising on deal structuring, pricing and risk mitigation
  • Staying across market trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and product specialists to deliver great outcomes

You're confident working with complex financial information and enjoy building strong relationships. You're proactive, analytical and solutions-focused, with a solid understanding of the corporate business segment.

  • Experience in lending and credit risk, including complex cashflow and syndicated deals
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • A proactive approach to risk management and portfolio oversight
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with credibility across all levels
