**The role**

An exciting opportunity now exist for Regional Manager to take charge of the financial and operational end to end management and delivery of the Tuatahi project within designated regions. Reporting to the Programme Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the safety, delivery performance and quality of workmanship of the field workforce and its relationships with key stakeholders.

Included in your wide remit, will be the following responsibilities ( not limited to)
- Taking full responsibility for the region’s budget by ensuring efficient & effective financial and accounting systems monitoring and reviewing costs, cash flow, work in progress and EBITA against budget/targets to ensure the division’s financial returns.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets; managing assets and capital expenditure; and working closely with the Programme Delivery Manager.
- Ensuring all services provided comply with obligations of all statutory requirements and relevant technical standards as well as ensuring assigned project delivery meets commercial, legal and contractual obligations.
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvements with all client contractual agreements
- Improving systems and processes for better efficiency, increased effectiveness of information greater productivity
- Supporting a culture of “Safety & Health above all else” by role modelling the SHEQ culture by confronting and managing risk
- Driving/managing/supporting safety programs and initiatives that promote a safe workplace

by reporting and recording of all incidents and accidents

**About you**

Ideally, you have a qualification in telecommunication or procurement with demonstrable experience in a similar role within a large, multi-faceted and complex business. You are on an on-going quest for continuous improvement, and you take pride in surpassing stakeholder expectations Your communication and interpersonal skills are second to none and you thoroughly enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

You have a high level of written and oral literacy in English and you cope well with pressure, working with multiple stakeholders and conflicting deadlines.
