While largely focused on the geographic area of the South Island, this position engages with our business leaders across a diverse range of markets in which Ray White members operate.

Being part of our Ray White corporate team, the key inputs see the role of providing advice and direction across relationship management and business performance.

Our Ray White strategy aligns our business with stakeholder outcomes that are achieved through trust and performance. The position enables the implementation of our strategy for methods of attraction to Ray White. It involves the understanding of our key outcomes for our business leaders, which include delivery of performance on market share, customer satisfaction, recruitment, finances, and marketing.

This role will be based in Christchurch, alongside working with our existing members, relationship management relies on a multi-level approach of external contact to the wider industry network to provide opportunities for growth within our business model.
