This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundation in business banking who’s ready to take the next step in a supportive, fast-paced environment. As a Business Associate, you’ll play a key role in helping Kiwi businesses thrive — coordinating workflows, supporting sales and service activities, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Whether you're assisting with loan maintenance or engaging with customers to understand their needs, your work will directly contribute to business growth and customer success. If you're someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with others, and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

At Kiwibank, we’ll help you build on your strengths and develop new skills. In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in financial services and/or business banking
- Confidence communicating over the phone and building trust with customers
- Solid understanding of business fundamentals and the environment our customers operate in
- A curious, genuine approach to uncovering customer needs and providing the right support
- Brings sound financial understanding and the ability to explain them clearly to customers with confidence
