**Closing date**: 24 Sep 2025 17:00 **| Work Type**: Fixed term full-time **| Salary range**:$52,658 to $71,243 **About the Role Mō | tēnei tūranga** Our Business Services Team is seeking an experienced passionate administrator who will help take our team to the next level in a fixed term position, with an immediate start continuing till June 2026. In this rewarding and challenging role, you will be responsible for supporting Pharmac by assuring the smooth day-to-day running of our public facing area. Situated at the front desk you will be first point of contact for both the public, advisory groups, contractors and staff. Skills in time management and prioritizing tasks while maintaining a customer service focus will be paramount. Your administration skills will further come into play with calendar management, meeting logistics, travel arranging and more as part of the Business Services whanau. Please note, this is an onsite role from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with no work from home option. **Who are we looking for? | Mā**** wai te mahi nei?** Pharmac is looking for an Admin Wizard.
