**About the role**:
As the Team Administrator you will provide a broad range of general and specialised administrative support to Senior Leaders and the wider group. You will help keep the group running by:

- Supporting and assisting Managers to meet their and the groups responsibilities
- Diary and inbox management and scheduling meetings
- Travel administration and coordination for Senior Leaders and the wider team
- Event Management aspects such as organising meetings, functions and training events
- Coordination of reporting and small projects from time to time
- Driving process improvement
- General administration duties including contract administration, online payments and information management

**About you**:
You will be an experienced Administrator with a strong customer focus, interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. To be successful you will bring:

- The ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Above average knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people
- Previous proven administration experience
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure

**To be eligible to be considered for this role you must be a New Zealand Citizen.**
