How will your ideas contribute to shaping what’s next?

This is an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to play an integral part in a team of specialists that 'bring ideas to life' for our clients across all types of projects - including significant infrastructure projects.

As the Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all project documentation meets the requirements of our project teams and our customers. This will include providing input to Project Documentation Plans (DMP) and control of naming conventions for easy reference.

Below are some of the things you will be doing to support “bringing ideas to life”- Delivering accurate, timely and responsive services, including registering, and handling all incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation- Ensuring effective document and data control occurs according to company and customer requirements- Registration, filing, retrieval and transmission of engineering documentation- Maintain databases to ensure efficient operation of the document control function- Supports the production of the Project Documentation Management Plan and maintain it- Control documentation uniformity (template, reference, version No. etc).

Lastly, you will showcase your strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, a can-do attitude and importantly a strong team player who works well in an agile and collaborative environment. You will be able to effectively liaise with clients, contribute to winning work and help develop key client relationships through excellent communication skills.
