**Brian Perry Civil **is a leading and award-winning New Zealand specialist foundation and civil contractor. As part of the overall Fletcher Building Group, we undertake a wide range of challenging civil construction projects throughout New Zealand and the South Pacific with specialities including piling, retaining wall and ground improvement works.
- We are looking for a Document Controller to join Brian Perry Civil, supporting our Northern Region Civils team. This role will help setup and maintain the electronic document records management system and associated procedures on a large scale project.

**About the Role**
- Develop or configure electronic document records management system features, such as user interfaces, access profiles, and document workflow procedures and to continuously improve these systems over the life of the project
- Administer document and system access rights to ensure security of system and administer revision control to ensure security of system and integrity of master documents
- Regular training on the correct use of the Document Management system and regular audits to ensure compliance
- Assisting with preparation of hand over documents to ensure contractual obligations

**About You**

This role is ideal for someone who considers their organisational skills to be their core strength. You will be someone who really enjoys systems and the opportunity to create order. You will be naturally drawn to making things better, quicker, more efficient and can keep the project and staff connected.

We require someone with excellent verbal and written communications skills. You should have an intermediate skills in using ACONEX, the project’s electronic document management systems, and Procore and be willing to learn new skills.
