**Job Description**:
This part-time role involves undertaking a range of financial and general administration activities to support the financial and service delivery objectives of the business to be achieved. Key roles of this position include assisting with financial accounts management and general office / administration and field operations support. In addition to line reporting to the Branch Manager, this role also has a functional interrelationship with external Clients, internal Customers including managers and other administrators within the SGS business

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in the use of MS Office software (particularly, MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Proven experience in previous administration and financial administration role(s), with an understanding of accounting and financial reporting practices
- Experience in the use of financial accounting software, with an openness and willingness to learn new programs and practices, if required
- Experience in the use of Oracle BOSS accounting systems software would be advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to prioritise workload, balance priorities and to meet internal deadlines and Customer service delivery expectations
- Ability to communicate at all levels, work within a Team and build relationships with others.
- Flexible, enthusiastic person with well-developed customer service skills and experience

Additional Information

This is a part time role. It is envisaged that this will involve 20 hours a week, with the potential that additional hours may be available. The hours of work are negotiable and can be discussed and negotiated with the suitable applicant for this position.

The Applicant must have NZ residency status or a current and valid visa to work in New Zealand (NZ) and a current full NZ Drivers Licence.
