**The Role**:
In this role, you will work closely with Terra Cat’s leadership team to manage the implementation of the communication strategy.

A big focus of the role is internal communications; strengthening culture and engagement within the business, while also managing external communications alongside the marketing team.

**This is quite a hands-on role with duties including**:

- Supporting the CEO and leadership communications strategy
- Communicating organisational initiatives and projects to employees and partners
- Engaging the workforce through compelling written and visual internal communication channels
- Managing external communications and responding to crisis events

This is an impactful role where you will interface with the executive team, providing guidance and support, and also connect with the wider Sime Darby global network of businesses.

**What will you bring?**
- ** Experience**: You preferably have at least five years of previous experience in a communications role.
- **Skills**:You have the ability to create compelling written and video content and deliver content to different audiences.
- ** Characteristics**: A real team player who demonstrates commitment, reliability and Integrity. You are naturally an effective and strategic communicator who establishes and maintains positive relationships throughout the company.
- ** Education**:A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred, but dependent on experience above.
