The role works closely with the FOH & kitchen to ensure that menus and food quality support service delivery.

We are looking for someone who has the professionalism and confidence necessary to represent the company at a management level with our customers when necessary.

In this role you will require a high degree of empathy, maturity and diplomacy to ensure customer issues are resolved amicably and the customer is left satisfied with how they were dealt with and the outcome.

**Key responsibilities for the Duty Manager role are**:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:

- Ability to lead from the front, inspire other staff and walk the talk
- Good Communication skills & good command of the English Language.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure that menus and food quality support service delivery.
- Self Motivation
- A passion for hospitality to achieve a high sense of customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in staff development.
- At least 3 years proven experience in the industry.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships through taking ownership of the quality of the food and service delivered to our customers
- Vaccine Pass mandatory
