**Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute event plans that exceed client expectations
- Inspire and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure that every aspect of the event runs smoothly, from setup to breakdown
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of catering industry practices and procedures
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and stay calm in the face of challenges
- Incredible attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
