Working as a Team Member - Customer Support Representative at Manurewa Pool and Leisure Centre, right from the first smile, you will be responsible for ensuring effective and professional frontline service to our diverse customers, dealing with a wide range of inquiries, both face-to-face and on the phone. You will find that no day is the same This is an on-site position. Our centre operates 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:30pm (weekends between 7.45am - 7pm), reliability and commitment to working early, late and weekend shifts are crucial. **He kōrero mōu: About you** You’ll bring strong administration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on delivering great customer experiences. Your positive, enthusiastic personality and commitment to excellence in customer service will set you up for success in this role. A current first aid certificate and confidence using technology will be a bonus. An interest in upskilling and supporting other areas of our operation—such as Recreation Assistance or Learn to Swim—would also be an advantage. **Ngā āhuatanga kei a mātou: What we offer** We aim to upskill and progress your career, so if you wish to train and take on other functions within our centres such as Learn to Swim Instructor, Fitness Consultant opportunity is there You’ll have access to a range of fantastic Auckland Council benefits, including the option of a Zoo pass and a range of partnership discounts.
