**About the role**
- Key responsibilities for this role include:_
- Mentoring, guiding and developing a team of Functional Consultants
- Ensure a consistently high standard of quality work from the team
- Be the first escalation point within your team for high priority BAU incidents ensuring root cause fixes are implemented to maintain ongoing reliability, performance, and availability of the Enterprise Systems
- Work to develop our technical and stakeholder engagement competencies and build our consulting capabilities to deliver solutions that maximise business value, address risk areas and make use of opportunities for improving systems and processes
- Help design and build robust and optimized solutions aligned with industry best practice
- Work with the Technical Lead and Solution Architect to ensure systems within your domain are technically maintained, functionally optimised for stability and enhanced to meet the needs of the business
- Collaborate with the Delivery Lead to help mature our delivery practice in line with the Foodstuffs agile ways of working

**About you**

Your expertise will be in the SAP FICO space and you’ll be a natural leader who is passionate about growing people to their full potential and creating a culture that fosters career and personal growth.

Along with this, you’ll also bring with you:

- Robust SAP FICO technical configuration experience
- Proven track record and experience in managing a team of consultants to deliver quality SAP solutions
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong ability to work at both high-level planning and detailed operational levels
- Excellent attention to detail and proficient in documentation
- Experience in working with external vendors in the implementation of SAP Projects
- Experience in agile (Scrum) development team ways of working
- Working knowledge of project tracking software such as JIRA
