We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to spearhead our finance team and play a pivotal role in shaping our commercial direction. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic commercial and financial leadership to the Iplex General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
- Drive business performance by uncovering insights through robust financial analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and crafting actionable strategies to strengthen our bottom line
- Champion the achievement of financial targets while proactively partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies
- Cultivate and sustain influential relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal business units
- Proactively assess, manage, and mitigate financial and commercial risks to safeguard the company’s interests
- Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure best-in-class financial management and compliance

**Skills, experience and qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial finance, with a proven record of leading high-performing teams and delivering value-added financial counsel
- Commercial acumen with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes and lead transformative change
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at interpreting data to drive strategic business outcomes
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building credibility and robust relationships across all stakeholder groups
- Proven leadership ability, with a talent for inspiring teams and fostering a culture of achievement
- Experience in the construction or building materials sector is highly regarded but not essential
