- _ Seeking an experienced Plant Manager _
- _Salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 gross per annum, paid fortnightly_

In this varied role, you will be working with our diverse team to ensure that work is delivered safely, smoothly, on time, and up to our high quality standards. Commitment to safe work practises will be paramount.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have 5+ years of experience in leading teams and efficiently managing ready-mix Concrete operations. Critical to the success of the role will be the ability and desire to achieve efficiencies in production, plant and fleet management, working within the greater Auckland team.

- Is committed to exceptional health and safety and environmental standards.
- Has sales experience and outstanding customer, service and quality focus.
- Has an understanding of financial and operational budgets.
- Displays excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Is flexible in their working hours.

**Job Purpose**:

- Lead and grow a diverse team of people.
- Oversee all operational functions of our Penrose plant.
- Oversee batching, production and delivery of concrete.
- Relationship management with key clients, in collaboration with our Sales team.
- Coordination of plant maintenance.
- Stock management.
