**The Role**

In this role you will optimise EROAD’s customer success by developing and delivering quality, engaging learning to teams. Sophisticated knowledge transfer and resources ensure that skill bases are consistently of a high standard, and the department takes a sustainable approach to onboarding, development and continuous improvement. Working closely with the P&C team, Product teams and People Leaders, you will will maintain a learning calendar which prioritises product or process changes with a focus on training both EROAD and our newly acquired business, forecasting programs of learning which are in harmony with enterprise-wide initiatives and P&C strategy.
**Requirements**:

- Tertiary Qualification in relevant discipline
- Communications, Training, Facilitation qualification
- Instructional Design background
- Technical writing experience
- Change and Project Management qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience in lead training role
- Software or technology systems experience
