We are looking for someone with a passion for Employment Relations and creating world class training. You will be responsible for driving how we coach our Services workforce to ensure they deliver a World Class employment relations advisory service.

You will be expected to review our current training programs across our Adviser and Consultancy roles providing insight into innovative ways of building great, engaged ER professionals. You will also work with another junior trainer to develop and coach new and existing professionals.

This role could be ideal for a senior practitioner who wants to share their own skills or change directions. This role could be completed as hybrid WFP/in-office position.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the creation of engaging and innovative training content delivered through a variety of mediums to a number of stakeholders within the business
- Provide practical training on technical and non-technical skills required when advising clients
- Work to ensure employee engagement is enhanced through ongoing training and development in all Services roles.
- Work with the Senior Management Team to identify gaps and trends and fill these through training

**The right person will have**:

- Formal qualifications and experience working within Employment Law, HR, Industrial Relations and/or a related field
- Either some practical experience or a formal qualification in Learning and Development
- Detailed knowledge of NZ employment legislation including Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other related legislation
- Exceptional client and stakeholder relationship skills
- Excellent communication skills are essential both verbal and written
- Passion for people, coaching, developing talent and the client experience
