**What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga**
The New Zealand Automobile Association is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our Mobility division. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building technical and service capability within our automotive frontline staff.
- Design & deliver engaging training programs for frontline staff.
- Ensure training empowers staff to diagnose, advise & deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Become an expert in AA Mobility products & services (delivery, support, sales).
- Develop a comprehensive learning framework (technical, service, safety & compliance).
- Train frontline employees & relevant Service Providers.
- Continuously improve training programs & materials (up-to-date, compliant).
- Build relationships with Auto Manufacturers for new model training materials.
- Organize & manage manufacturer training sessions & events.
**About You | Mōu**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Manager leading a team (preferred).
- Motor industry experience with a relevant Trade Qualification (highly regarded).
- Proven success in a strong customer service environment.
- Understanding of vehicle-related services offered by AA Mobility.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build relationships across departments.
- Strategic thinking regarding future training opportunities.
- Effective organizational and planning skills with a high level of problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and demonstrate sound business acumen
