**The role**:
- Work with, and as a part of our highly performing management team comprised of tenured department specialists and rising stars to ensure HR needs are fulfilled and departments are appropriately staffed and skilled.
- Oversee onboarding of team members to ensure each new hire is resourced, inducted, trained and ready to hit the ground running.
- Support department managers with there HR needs to ensure smooth running and team welfare is prioritised.
- In a rapidly changing industry, stay one step ahead in all things compliance. From Liquor Licensing to Food Safety - being organised is key.
- Manage price integrity across the store to ensure that our customers are always getting the right price at checkout.
- Work with department managers across Health and Safety procedures, training and compliance.
