Asset Maintenance/caretaker

A superb opportunity exists for an Asset Maintenance/Caretaker to join our team based in Hamilton.
Reporting to the HR & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible to ensure required maintenance is carried out to minimum legal standard, work with external contractors when required and be responsible for H&S inspections on various equipment, plant and buildings when required.
What is needed of you
- Be physically fit
- Excellent communication and transparency
- Aptitude to work independently, be reliable and with flexibility
- Able to work under pressure and to tight timelines
- Must be able to prioritise a busy schedule with a can do attitude
- Be compliant with ISO 9001 Quality system
- MS Office suite experience is preferred
- Full clean driver’s license - including forklift endorsement / Operating certificate
- Test and Tag Certificate preferred
