**About the role**:
We have an opportunity to join our Hamilton based team as a Pricing Specialist. Our Pricing Team at Genesis are responsible for implementing price changes and new pricing products for our customers and this role will see you ensuring customers are on pricing according to company strategies.

**Key Responsibilites**:

- Provide pricing support to Retail Markets and Customer Operations in regard to competitor pricing analysis (position and strategy) assessment of campaigns and new products, and pricing quotes for tenders.
- Implement retail prices according to company strategy; Understanding financial impact on the existing customer base and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Gather and implement accurate information about campaigns, products and prices to ensure effective management of pricing across all Genesis Energy brands, product lines and services
- Review all Genesis Energy brand price plans and current customer pricing through regular and effective processes to ensure quality, compliance and potential revenue for Genesis
**About you**:

- An analytical, inquisitive mind-set and a natural service ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal, and the ability to adapt your style and influence at all levels.
- Loads of initiative coupled with a passion to find solutions and make continuous process improvements.
- Industry experience preferred but not essential
