Collaboration by diverse teams is what creates magic you can find out more about our Blue Heart Kaupapa here **What we're looking for** - Strong stakeholder management, relationship building skills, and prioritisation skills. - Passionate and energetic, fostering enthusiasm throughout the team and work that you do - Value collaboration and innovation - if you have an idea we want to hear it - Adaptable and flexible to changes and priorities - Excited and driven by customer facing orientation and approaches - Lead with trust and integrity, can influence across a variety of teams, customers - Enjoys analysis and problem solving, actively looks for ways to make improvements **What You're Responsible for** Key responsibilities include: - Designing, implementing, and supporting Siebel CRM - Communications - Translating business requirements into Siebel solution and development **What Skills & Experience You Need** **General Skills** - Delivery focused with hands-on skills - able to communicate and articulate problems and solutions at all levels from CIO to DBA - Ability to effectively work with Vendors and solution partners - Knowledge of software development methodologies, practices, and tools. - Knowledge of problem solving techniques and tools. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to guide and mentor junior developers **IT Skills & Experience** - Deep understanding of web technologies, such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and Ajax - Root cause & data analysis skill - Working knowledge of Oracle database and familiarity with SQL performance tuning - Familiarity with monitoring tools e.g. Splunk, Dynatrace etc. - Experience with Agile delivery and Development Operations framework would be a bonus. **Siebel Skills & Experience** - Expertise in Siebel Architecture and Siebel eCommunication vertical is must - Hands-on experience in Order management module of Siebel including Product & Pricing configuration, eConfigurator, Order / Quota / Asset management and Asset based ordering - Hands-on experience in Siebel Tools, configurati
