**About you**:
Aligning with the scope of the chapter, you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources across squads whilst also operating as a Chapter Member.

You will work with the CAL, chapter members, Tribe Leads and others to ensure the squads are resourced with the right skills and expertise required to achieve their mission.
- Responsible for capability building within your chapter
- Responsible for competence development and knowledge sharing within your chapter
- You will also work as a squad member, contributing to the squad on the same terms as other chapter/squad members.

**Your role in a nutshell**:

- Define professional standards and work methodology within chapter competence
- Develop and train chapter members to build capabilities
- Set up interaction and knowledge sharing processes within chapter
- Support chapter members professionally
- Act as a thought leader within your area of expertise to guide, motivate and inspire chapter members
- Participate in solving complex problems that require the highest competency level as an expert within your craft
- Organise necessary consultations with other experts
- Live values to grow and develop members of chapter
- Help develop patterns for cloud infra using IaC, CICD
- Help with services compliance that’s including (AWS Control tower, Aws config) and translating WNZL IT controls to AWS configuration
- Help design and architect PaaS service that can be used by WNZL tenants
- Help Tenant with their onboarding that includes addressing any issues in service consumption, advising on best practices “WNZL recommended” and daily troubleshooting
- Upskill team member and peer review code/design that include ensuring best practices are in place

**Expertise we are looking for**:

- AWS (certified SA,Devops,developer) all or at least the architect one
- AWS experience with Control tower, Cloudfromation, Config, lambda and IAM
- Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, Git, and good understanding of GitOps.
- Good knowledge of Linux, and config mgmt. using Chef
- Understanding of how to design AWS network infra for hybrid cloud model.
- Coding skills in Bash, Python (most important), good to have are nodejs, golang
- Ability to deploy using scripted Jenkins rather than declarative (not a show stopper but a learning path)
