OCS is looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contracts Coordinator

**About the role**:
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responding to queries from managers, investigating and providing excellent customer service.
- Estimating, New and/or Amending Contracts.
- Contract and Billing Co-ordination (generate invoices).
- Administration Support & Customer Relations.
- Administration and coordination with stakeholders (internal and external)

**About you**:
This is a permanent full-time position and will be based at our National Support Office in Eden Terrace, Auckland.

**Requirements**:

- Will require travel around New Zealand, so will need a clean restricted or Full NZ drivers license.
- Proficiency in numeracy and business acumen.
- Is a fast and eagle-eyed researcher, finding relevant information from various sources.
- Able to pass relevant screening and security checks e.g. Ministry of Justice and have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
