**About The Role**

As a Sales Development Representative, you play the critical first step in helping us achieve our mission. Your goal is to qualify leads to opportunities and translate them into appointments with our team of expert Financial Advisers.

Your day-to-day will look something like this:

- Call warm leads from marketing-generated activities and sell the value of an appointment.
- Establish warm and authentic connections with potential clients, asking insightful questions to understand their needs.
- Educate clients about the benefit of receiving solid financial advice.
- Engage with our Financial Advisers daily, actively working together and fostering a relationship crucial to our success.
- Learn and refine varied sales skills and techniques to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage our CRM (Salesforce) to keep communication and company records up to date.
- Build your knowledge in the Financial Services market to provide professional and informed sales interactions.
- Receive comprehensive support and training from an experienced leadership team who are committed to your learning and success.

What else will help you succeed:

- A genuine love of talking to people.
- Past Sales/Customer Engagement experience or SDR experience would be preferred, but not mandatory if you are keen to learn and have a proven track record of achieving goals.
- Strong rapport and relationship-building skills.

- You thrive on goals, understanding that your actions drive results.
- You excel in communication, especially over the phone.
- Interest and adaptability to new technology, particularly CRM and internal IT systems.
- A clean credit and police check.
- Ability to work between 9 am to 8 pm. This job involves working late shifts and weekends on a rotating fortnightly basis.
