About the Role
The Senior GTM & Commercial Manager role is critical to driving customer and commercial success across the Datacoms SaaS Product portfolio. You will develop and execute sustainable strategies to transform our payroll product; Datapay, launch new services, accelerate growth, and drive business goals. You will work cross functionally across all levels of the business and support execution of high-impact strategic initiatives. You will be successful in this role if you are a ‘Strategic Doer’ with great energy, initiative, and leadership qualities and with a track record of exceeding performance expectations and metrics in a fast-paced high-tech business.
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience in Software and SaaS Sales/GTM strategy
- Experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning and operations, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse GTM data effectively to support fact-based decision making
- Strong program management skills and execution focused - ability to multi-task in a fast
- paced environment
- Strong communication, executive presence, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding

Desirable
- Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing
- Leading and contributing to on-going initiatives for our GTM journey. Specifically:

- Developing a detailed understanding of Datacom GTM strategy and planning
- Partnering with sales and operations leaders to design segmentation, coverage, capacity planning and compensation models
- Providing GTM business analyses to cross-functional teams in developing and executing on plans to meet or exceed GTM goals
- Orchestrating GTM planning to bring functional teams together in plan development and execution
- Contributing to the evolution of relevant GTM strategy
- Building high-quality data models and C-level presentations
- Supporting execution of high-impact strategic initiatives
- Leading execution of high-impact GTM Programs
