As our National Health and Safety Manager, you’ll lead a team of safety professionals in the development and implementation of safety systems, policies, and initiatives that ensures our team of 1200 employees go home to their loved ones safe and sound. This is a broad safety role that looks after H&S compliance but also gets to work on unique initiatives and exciting projects.

**Your Role**:
Lead the CCEP NZ Health and Safety team to promote and develop a business led, positive safety culture which is inclusive and focused on behavioural based safety. This is national role with responsibilities across all business units, and include marketplace activities, multiple offices, manufacturing sites, and warehouse centres. You will:

- Ensure a robust H&S Management System is in place aligned with business need, NZ law, international standards, and The Coca-Cola Company KORE requirements
- Provide expertise to the business on assessing, eliminating or and minimising risk
- Regularly communicate with business leadership on regulatory compliance, safety requirements, and recommendations
- Manage internal and external audit programmes and provide regular reporting on closing opportunities identified
- Manage the relationship with ACC, WorkSafe NZ, and our EAP and Medical providers
- Engage with fire, first aid, and security on emergency response and crisis management plans
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the Pacific H&S Leaders on H&S directives and ensure they are compliant with policy and practice

This role also acts as the liaison between CCEP NZ, The Coca Cola Company, CCEP Group, and country leadership teams in Fiji and Samoa.

Existing experience in a national, multi-site role is preferred.

As this role faces into senior leaders across all our business, you’ll need excellent communication skills with the ability to influence a wide variety of stakeholders. You are comfortable with presenting and know your way around reporting tools.

Leading a team of three, you can coach and support a team to deliver to strategic and operational goals. And in a post-Covid environment, you can adapt to change and cope well with ambiguity.

**What’s in it for you?**

Alongside a fantastic salary, you’ll get access to our company AMP superannuation, annual bonus, medical and life insurance, wellbeing subsidies, and staff discounts. Based at our Mount Wellington Oasis, we also offer free carparking, flexible working, and plenty of complimentary product - it doesn’t get much better than that Most importantly, with our world-famous learning and development environment it is your future that will be invested in.
