**Access Community Health is one of New Zealand's leading home healthcare organisations, specialising in home-based support. We work with the Ministry of Health, District Health Boards and ACC among others, to support more than 20,000 people around the country. Access is a member of the Green Cross Health group - a leading New Zealand primary health care provider.**

**National Communication Officer, contributes to the delivery of our home-based support service by**:

- Being the primary point of contact for Access Community Health enquiries
- Maintain documentation of all enquiries and responses for future reference
- To respond to all queries within agreed service time frames
- To accurately capture and escalate all reported client and staff incidents including contributions to the Quality and Risk and Health and Safety Systems.
- To deliver services by following our Whakatauaki, "Care for our community, Work together, Look after each other and Do the right thing".

We are looking for people who share our dedication to work in support of the elderly, people with disability and people recuperating from injury and illness.

**Requirements are**:

- Maintain excellent communication channels both internally and externally
- Responsible and Punctual
- An ability to adapt to new technology, and learn new skills as you will be operating systems that are new to you
- An eagerness to learn and a desire for self-improvement and development
- You work efficiently, accurately and can make good, sound decisions
- Flexible with hours and the ability to adapt to new circumstances as they arise
- Previous customer service not required - full training will be provided
