- Formulate and execute robust digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

- Define and execute digital marketing strategies that align with the companys overall business goals.
- Design, implement, and optimize effective digital marketing processes to streamline workflows, ensure consistency, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Establish and maintain best practices for campaign creation, execution, and performance measurement.
- Collaborate closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and IT, to align digital marketing efforts with broader company strategies.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they are launched effectively, monitored, and optimized for maximum impact.
- Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed decisions, measure campaign performance, and continuously improve strategies.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Implement quality control methodologies to maintain high standards across all digital marketing activities and deliverables.
- Foster exceptional customer service by ensuring clients needs are met, expectations exceeded, and timely communication is maintained.
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets strategically, ensuring optimal utilization and return on investment across various campaigns and channels.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing innovations, infusing fresh ideas into strategies to stay competitive.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and customer preferences, driving data-backed decision-making.
- Regularly analyze, interpret, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Oversee end-to-end website operations, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.

**Job Pre-requisites**:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or any related field. Masters degree is an added advantage.
- Over 10+ years hands-on experience in comprehensive digital marketing activities, tools and website management.
- Expertise in process implementation, quality methodologies, and data-driven decision-making.
- Certification in any quality methodology or process implementation is a plus.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of guiding cross-functional teams to success.
- Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service to international clients.
- Profound knowledge of the digital landscape, encompassing SEO, SEM, social media, paid ads, website auditing, digital marketing strategy formulation, content marketing, and more.
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for harnessing data to drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in dealing with international clients is a plus.
