At CountdownX we’ve just completed a large scale operating model review as we accelerate our ambition to create highly personalised, seamless and connected experiences for our customers. Within this context, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Convenience, In Store and Format Chapter here in Aotearoa.

A Marketing Manager is a member of the Consumer Advocacy and Activations Practice and is a member of the Convenience, In store & format Chapter, responsible for supporting all aspects of our online marketing.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Be a strong commercial marketer who can evaluate and leverage consumer insights, the very best customer and business outcomes and uses data to inform our briefing process and decision making.
- Champion the activation and expression of our brand (framework) throughout the business, creating, guiding and contributing to integrated programmes & campaigns
- Build, shape and land integrated marketing campaigns, help shape annual plans and events across the full ecosystem.
- Hold excellent business relationships and can demonstrate end to end ways of working with different departments in the business.
- Have an in-depth understanding of our loyalty programme and how it can be best integrated into our continuity programmes.

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will need to be strategic in your thinking and have the ability to be collaborative and bring a holistic approach to your work. Always questioning and wanting to push the status quo you are a creative thinker with a strong analytical mind and technical ability.

A strong background in Marketing and Brand ideally both Media & Commercial Experience along with a Degree level qualification in Marketing/Business is highly desirable.
