**The opportunity**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a food and beverage client experience coordinator. This is a permanent full-time position working 08:00am to 04:30pm Monday to Friday. In this role, you will have the important task of providing exceptional food service for all client and internal functions while being part of our collaborative and supportive work environment. **The role**
This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Working alongside the Corporate Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing food and beverages for meetings and functions, such as sandwich making, canapé preparation and baking. You will also assist the client experience team in the delivery and clearing of food to and from meeting rooms and events, and to maintain a seamless beverage service between the kitchen and front of house teams. Other important parts of the role include cleaning, maintaining and stocking the three staff kitchens, ordering, invoicing and general administration.
This role also supports the reception team where needed and is the back up to the Corporate Chef so you will have exciting opportunities to step up to lead the food and beverage services.

- Previous experience in a similar food service role is required, along with the desire to step up as and when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards

- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in basic administrative tasks and budget management, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow A positive 'can do' attitude where you go above and beyond the normal call of duty.
