As a part time Digital Coordinator, you'll gain hands-on exposure to meaningful projects, working alongside seasoned professionals and contributing directly to internal initiatives and client outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Working towards or recently completed a tertiary qualification in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Willingness to work across varied digital initiatives – from coding tasks to process optimisation, data management, platform improvements, and automation.
  • Experience with front-end development.
  • A generalist skillset with flexibility to learn across different areas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • GPA of 6 or above (B+ and above).

Bonus Points

  • Experience in advanced front-end development with design elements such as motion design.
  • Experience with consulting or client delivery.
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualisation tools.

What you'll do

  • Assist with website development and maintenance.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Handle IT helpdesk tasks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Contribute to client projects from strategy to delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings and workshops.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure project quality.
  • Support the range of internal initiatives from automation, CoPilot implementation, platform improvement etc.
  • Support consultants with client delivery across a range of initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
