**Your day to day**
The Crowne Meetings Executive is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of conference and events at the Crowne Plaza Christchurch. Responsibilities include quoting on and conversion of event leads and inquiries, planning the meeting/event, coordination with hotel operations and client liaison before, during and after each meeting/event.
**What we need from you**
Proven ability to build relationships with clients, with the ability to sell tailored events packages
- 1 year’s experience in administrative role or similar role within hotels
- Experience multitasking a high-volume workload while working to tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills with colleagues, employees & third parties
- Great attention to detail
