**Your day to day**
The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Guest Service Agent you’ll deliver this through exceeding at daily operations of all aspects of the front office. You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.
**What we need from you**
- Previous experience in front office is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Having worked with Opera or similar PMS system is beneficial for the role
- Full driver’s license
- Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task are key to success in this fast paced role
- You will be responsible for guest check in and out, settling of accounts, taking queries and reservations over the phone, as well as being a key source of information on both the hotel and the local area.
