**Your day to day**

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Front Office Manager you’ll deliver this through managing all aspects of the front office (reception, porter services, business centre, telephone services, concierge services, and guest reservations). You’ll also create the warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in any location.

**About you**
- 3+ years in a similar leadership role
- Ability to build teams through coaching, training and mentorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding Opera or similar PMS system
- Strong safety awareness and the ability to understand and follow health guidelines to keep yourself and others safe
- Skilled in delivering an outstanding guest experience at all times
