Join us as a Guest Service Agent in Crowne Plaza Christchurch. Youll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Were looking for someone who can create a unique experience for every guest they meet. You will be the face of the hotel and your ability to relate with our hotel guests and visitors will immediately remind them why they chose to come to our hotel. Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task are key to success in this fast paced role. You will be responsible for guest check in and out, settling of accounts, taking queries and reservations over the phone, as well as being a key source of information on both the hotel and the local area. Applicants willing to cross train in Reservations, Reception and Concierge will be highly regarded. Due to the hotel offering Valet car parking, the ability to drive manual and automatic cars would be advantageous should the need arise to assist Concierge.
