With an almost ‘007’ atmosphere (that only a hotel bar can truly provide), 1851 is perfect for a kick-off over coffee, a gossip over G&T’s or networking over Negronis. Nothing is off the menu, we can do it all.

That's where you come in We're looking for an experienced bartender to join our team, working across shifts from midday and usually no later than midnight, including weekends and public holidays.

**Your day-to-day**

You’ll be the friendly face of our bar, providing great service and a memorable experience to our guests. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide food and beverage recommendations for guests
- Prepare and serve drinks and process payments
- Work in a safe and clean environment

**What we need from you**
- Bartending experience preferred
- A passion for beer, wine and spirits
- Great communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or café environment
