**What we offer**

The Technology Senior Consultant’s (TSC) main goal is to create the best overall strategic system landscape for the customer, including legacy systems and modern SAP solutions. The TSC designs and optimizes enterprise wide deployment of SAP technology solutions. In order to do this the TSC needs a solid understanding of SAP product offerings and interoperability with other components as well as a high
- level understanding of interface technology.

Strong interpersonal skills are needed to understand the customer’s as-is situation and real pain points. The TSC supports the Account teams in the software evaluation process and finally designs SAP-centric, customer-specific solutions that lead to sales success (incl. Implementation planning).

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- Detailed planning of IT- implementation
- Define detailed blueprint for development requirements
- IT-Process implementation across all related IT-components
- IT-components specific expert consulting
- Support in escalated projects
Support for system optimization
- Takes responsibility as team/project lead and supports people development tasks
**Professional Experience**
- At least eight years professional experience, with four years working as a consultant
- Advisor in questions of SAP technology
- Plan and lead technical implementation projects
- Plan and review concepts and detailed blueprints of IT projects
- Has successfully handled escalation projects
- Strong communication skills with technical focus
- Acts as thought leader or moderator of a technology related community
**Project Experience**
- Takes responsibility as a team lead when required
- Coordinates customer project members, his/her own team and his/her own project tasks.
- Acts as a coach for colleagues
- SAP product knowledge and sound technical overview
- Deep knowledge in at least one technical SAP related area
- Experience with at least two complete lifecycle implementation projects
- Experience with SAP on a Public Cloud Service Provider
- Experience with S/4HANA desirable
- Excellent people skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
**Education & Training**:

- Degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience
- SAP Technology certification
- SAP OS/DB Migration certification
- SAP HANA certification
